PCOS - Also known as polycystic ovarian syndrome. This is a condition that is affected and caused by inflammation, nutritional deficiencies and insulin resistance. We help treat this through a personalised diet through a nutritionist and an exercise regimen with a personal trainer.
T2D - Type 2 Diabetes is a condition that causes the cells to be resistant to insulin. Insulin is a hormone that has one of the primary roles of putting sugar inside the cells to be used for energy. This condition can be improved and sometimes treated through a personalised diet and exercise.
Maternity - Maternal nutrition is complicated as it requires emphasis on nutrients like Folate, Iron, B complex, Vitamin D etc. Many are unaware of the importance of exercise during this stage, despite it being a crucial part of a healthy delivery. Diets will need to be adjusted and nutrients like Vitamin A will need to be consumed in small amounts during Pregnancy.
PRE & POST Maternal - Pre and Post Maternity both require distinct diets and they goals are different.
